RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on this website (www.robinsjean.com - Robin's Jean Online Store) within 14 days of the delivery date.

The purchased merchandise must be returned in its original condition --- unworn, unaltered, unhemmed, unwashed and original tags attached. Robin's Jean may deny the returns if any of these criteria are not met.

All sale items that are more than 50% off the regular retail price are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged --- No Exceptions.  Regular and Sale items that are 50% Off (or less) the regular price, can be returned for an Online Store Credit which you can apply on your next purchase at our Online Store. 

You will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of your returned item. Please take note and keep a record of the shipment tracking code and receipt from the Carrier.

In order to process your Return of Merchandise Request, please email customerservice@robinsjean.com, stating the Order # on the subject of the email.
