Please note, refunds are not allowed. Returned items will be given an online store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply fill out this form (click here). An RMA number will be issued to you by email with 5 business days. Once you receive it, print it and send it along (with the original invoice) with the goods you want to return. The RMA is valid for a period of 14 days, so please be sure to process your return immediately. Upon receipt of the goods in our warehouse, you will be issued, by email also, a store credit to apply on your next purchase. The online store credit, valid for 1 year, includes the value of the goods returned less shipping costs. (For all ground shipping items returned, a $10 fee will be deducted from the store credit). Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.
Returns must be in its original condition, never worn, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice and the Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will not be able to accept merchandise which is not received in the above specified conditions.
