Return Policy

Please note, refunds are not allowed. Returned items will be given an online store credit only, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply fill out this form click here. A Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued to you by email within 2-3 business days. Once received, please print and send it along with the original invoice and the goods you wish to return. The RMA number is valid for a period of 14 days, so please be sure to process your return immediately. Please make sure to create an online account with us to facilitate the return order process, if you haven’t already click here. Returns received without an online account cannot be processed. Please note that returns may take up to 5 business days for processing once received. Once your return has been processed, you will be notified by email and issued an online store credit to apply to your next purchase. The online store credit, valid for 1 year, includes the value of the goods returned less shipping costs. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.

Returns must be in original condition, never worn, with all original packaging, including the original invoice and the RMA. We will not be able to accept merchandise that is not received in the above specified conditions.
